As the population ages, there is an urgent need to develop skilled professionals who can provide high-quality elderly services. This represents both a social responsibility and a developmental opportunity. Education institutions are proactively adapting their curricula to nurture the younger generation for this promising industry. Moreover, opportunities are being created for the elderly to acquire new skills and leverage their expertise to make valuable contributions in the workforce. This session will explore various methods for fostering forward-thinking and innovative talent and supporting the sustainable development of elderly services. Representatives from several educational institutions will also present training programs focused on elderly care services as well as tailored reskilling courses to reintegrate the golden agers into the workforce.​
