HKSPI Psychology and Mental Health Fair 2026 @ Kai Tak AIRSIDE

Summary

The Translational Research Centre for Digital Mental Health (TRC-DMH) at Tung Wah College (TWC) participated in the “Psychology and Mental Health Fair 2026”, organised by the Hong Kong Society of Psychological Innovation and held at AIRSIDE, Kai Tak in early August.

TWC was honoured to serve as a supporting organisation for the event. Professor Sally Chan, President of TWC, was also invited as an officiating guest for the opening ceremony, joining community leaders to champion mental wellness across society. Under the theme “Mental Health Village”, TRC-DMH showcased a range of research outcomes and advanced technologies, including the “Digital Buddy” App for Older Adults, an immersive virtual reality reminiscence therapy system, and AI-enabled social robotics, offering visitors hands-on insights into the real-world applications of digital technology in mental health support.
