Mr. Joe Wong led a workshop the application of advanced technologies in preventative mental health care on 25 June 2024. The workshop was organised at Tung Wah College, King's Park Campus, 3/F campus square. Scholars, students, and industry professionals reviewed real world case case from community centres, school settings, and home enviornment about IoT design and integration for research projects.

About the speaker:
Joe Wong graduated from CUHK with a B.Eng. in 2004, receiving notable academic awards during his studies. Since 2004, he has published various research papers, recently publishing pioneering work on IoT-related system. He currently serves as COO of Sengital Group. With over 20 years of experience, he has obtained 20+ patents and trademarks, in collaboration with the Group’s Chairman, Ir Prof. Hiu Fung Lam, JP. He has led R&D efforts, winning various industry awards, and oversees the company operations.
